EMULSION MILL

Asphalt Emulsion Mill is an apparatus providing physical mixture of two different liquids inside each other homogenously. When an applicable rotation speed and a constant pressure is given as per their mixing rates from two different feeding pump; 10 to 15 m3 product can be obtained according to viscosity of liquids.


If viscosity of mixture to be obtained from the mill is high and it does not have lubricating property, then VEM-01 type emulsion mill which of bushing is out is recommended, if viscosity is lowed and liquids have lubricating feature, then VEM-02 type emulsion mill is recommended.
