BLOWER

BLOWER

Blower is positive scavenged and consists of two lobe wings. Lobe, which is connected to blower shaft, obtains the movement from the motor with timer drive gear and transmits this movement to other lobe in the opposite direction. Lobes diverge each other and vacuum occurs.

Blower sucks the constant amount of air by the virtue of vacuum. Therefore, this sucked air moves from among lobes to the delivery outlet. While lobes are meshing in the delivery outlet, pressure occurs and this motion allows air transfer to the outside.

Pump transfers the air as much as its volume by every rotation of pump shaft. Henceforth capacity of the blower depends on conditions of operating speed and pressure (opposite resistance) and blowers produce a pressure as per the opposite resistance shown by the system where the blower is connected.
