Blower


Working Principle:

Blowers are consisting of two lobe parts and they have scavenged displacements. Lobe, which is connected to blower shaft, obtains the movement from the motor with timer drive gear and transmits this movement to other lobe in the opposite direction. In the mean time lobes separate each other and vacuum is occurred. Blower sucks the constant amount of air by the virtue of vacuum. Therefore, this sucked air moves from among lobes to the discharge outlet.

While lobes are meshing in the discharge outlet, pressure occurs and this motion allows air transfer to the outside. Blowers, transfer the air belongs to its own volume by every rotation of shaft. Air pushing capacity of blower depends on conditions of operating speed and pressure. Blowers are exerting pressure both due to reverse resistance and depending on its system, which they were installed.

Usage areas: In rolling plants, industrial furnace and its equipments where so much air is required, distributor, relay tank, water treatment plants, coercive ventilation and vacuums, pulverizes, and pneumatic conveying.

Coupled Form: The equipment can be coupled to an electric motor or explosion proof motor to operate at rotational speeds of 800-2000 rpm, whether directly or by means of a belt pulley mechanism.

2- Air fills the blower and forced between lobes to the outside.


3- Lobes, which mesh each other in the pushing channel, start to push air to the outside


4- Air which was forced to the discharge channel moves through the blower system and realized the transfer activity.
