Lobe pumps are consisting of two lobes and they have positive displacements. Lobe, which is connected to pump shaft, transmits the motion with gear drive of timer to the other lobe in the opposite direction by supplying the motion from motor. So vacuum will appear by separating of lobes from each other.
Pump sucks the constant amount of liquid by the virtue of vacuum. Therefore, this sucked fluid flows between lobes to the discharge outlet. While the lobes meshing in the discharge outlet, pressure occurs and this motion allows the fluid flows to transfer it to the outside. Pumps transfer the liquid by every revolution of shaft depends to its volume.
Henceforth capacity of pump is directly proportional to its magnitude and Rpm
1- Lobe, which is connected to pumps shaft, transmits the motion with gear drive of timer to the other lobe in the opposite direction. Therefore vacuum occurs by the separating of lobes from each other. The fluid will fill in the pump.
