Flame Burner


Working Principle:

As the air and fuel is controlled at the nozzle outlet in proportional burners, adverse changes in operating conditions that entail to ineffective burning is thus eliminated. As shown in the figure below, the injection air enters the burner from the same and single connection with its entirety, whereby the balancing adjustment of the air together with the fuel is performed with a single control lever.

These are burners that are used in rolling mills, industrial furnaces and equipment, capable of working with both liquid and gas fluids, but provide high temperature, in any case. Designed for burning any kinds of heavy oil, these burners are adjusted to fine tune with the particular needs, until the maximum savings are guaranteed in terms of fuel and controlled from a single lever synchronously, once a good combustion is achieved. Once the selected burning rate is determined, it shall be arranged automatically. Burners employed on the same circuit in multiples cannot only be controlled with separate control levers but also controlled from the same control lever at the same time, when interconnected together. A V shaped groove fine tunes mechanism prevents congestions of the fuel valve. In order to get the maximum performance out of proportional burners, the air requirement is met via air fans or preferably a blower.
